We are all just walking each other home. - Ram Dass

Board of Directors

  • Nancy's dedication to the Aroostook House of Comfort and in-home hospice care is unwavering. Joining the Aroostook Hospice Foundation Board of Directors in 2021, she set forth two ambitious goals: to elevate the role of the specialty home in the eyes of patients and the Houlton community and to contribute her volunteer service to this invaluable community resource.

  • Dr. Jones touched the lives of countless patients and families in his many professional capacities. He played an indispensable role in the establishment of the Aroostook House of Comfort. The void left by his absence will be profoundly felt by everyone fortunate enough to have crossed paths with him.

  • The Aroostook Hospice Foundation proudly welcomes Dr. Caleb Swanberg to its Board of Directors. His addition strengthens the board's resolve to foster compassionate care, comfort, dignity, and support when patient needs are greater than home hospice can provide.

  • The Aroostook Hospice Foundation, owner of the Aroostook House of Comfort, is pleased to introduce its newest board member Tyler J. Stoliker, MSN, FNP-C. He is a practicing Family Nurse Practitioner at Fish River Rural Health in Madawaska.

  • Ray joined the AHOC Board of Directors more than five years ago because of his family’s experiences with hospice care and his interest in seeing a stand-alone hospice facility in Aroostook County. He serves as the Chair of both the Investment Committee and Strategic Planning Committee, where he works besides “a group of like-minded individuals who selflessly offer their time to provide comfort and care to individuals and their families during their time of need.”
