Grief and the Holidays Seminar

The holiday season can be especially difficult after losing someone you love. Traditions, gatherings, and memories can bring feelings of grief to the surface, sometimes when you least expect them.

Northern Light Home Care & Hospice will offer Grief and the Holidays, a free one-evening seminar with Bereavement Coordinator George McLaughlin. The program will explore experiences that can trigger grief during the holiday season and offer helpful ideas for navigating the weeks ahead after a significant loss.

The seminar is free and open to the public. Those planning to attend are encouraged to RSVP by Monday, November 16.

WHEN: Wednesday, November 18, 2026 | 6:00–7:00 p.m.

WHERE: Northern Light AR Gould Hospital, 140 Academy Street, 2nd-Floor Conference Room (East Entrance, Door #2), Presque Isle

For more information or to RSVP, contact George McLaughlin, Bereavement Coordinator with Northern Light Home Care & Hospice, at 207-498-9039 or gmclaughlin@northernlight.org
