The Aroostook Hospice Foundation, the owner of the Aroostook House of Comfort, is pleased to announce that the Willey Family Foundation, in partnership with the Maine Community Foundation, has awarded a $12,500 grant for Charity Care patient assistance funding. Charity Care funding is available to patients and families who are underinsured, uninsured, or without other financial means with the expenses associated with care received at the Aroostook House of Comfort. Our mission is to provide quality end-of-life care regardless of one’s ability to pay. We at the Aroostook Hospice Foundation extend our sincere appreciation to the Willey Family Foundation and Maine Community Foundation for their generosity and recognition of the mission of the Aroostook Hospice Foundation.
