Widows Sons Masonic Riders Association Donation

The Aroostook Hospice Foundation, the owner of the Aroostook House of Comfort, was honored to have received a donation from the Men of Tyre, Northern Maine Chapter of the Widows Sons Masonic Riders Association. President Mark Cassidy presented Executive Director Abbey Clair with a $3,000 check Friday, October 21st.

Each July, the Men of Tyre participate in a fundraising ride entitled the Northern Invasion, selecting a charitable organization for their collected proceeds. Donations like this help to ensure that the Aroostook House of Comfort can continue to serve community members with quality and compassionate hospice care, regardless of their ability to pay. It was a privilege to provide Mark with a tour of the facility and further discuss the unique and inspiring ways in which the Aroostook House of Comfort is impacting this community. Mark also shared the mission of the Masonic Organization and their civic investments. The Aroostook Hospice Foundation extends its sincere appreciation for the generosity demonstrated by the Men of Tyre, Widows Sons Masonic Riders Association.
